Renters must be 25 years of age or older and must present a valid driver’s license and full-coverage auto insurance in their own name. The renter is responsible for confirming that their insurance policy provides adequate coverage for the rented dump trailer. Please read the following terms carefully, as they form the basis of the rental agreement between the renter and the owner.
This Rental Agreement is made between Utah Dump Trailers (“we, us, our”) and the Renter(s) (“you, your”) for the rental of the dump trailer.
Please treat the dump trailer with the same care and respect you would your own property.
This Agreement covers the rental of the dump trailer. We reserve the right to repossess the trailer—at your expense and without prior notice—if it is abandoned, used illegally, or operated in violation of this Agreement (see Prohibited Uses below).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or attorney fees arising from your use of the dump trailer or from our repossession of it.
A full walkthrough and operational overview will be completed at pickup to ensure the trailer is clean and fully functional.

If any issue arises, contact us immediately at 801-877-8442.
No reimbursement for repair or out-of-pocket expenses will be issued without prior authorization.

If any portion of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, all remaining provisions remain valid.
We are not responsible for damage caused by events outside of our control, including:
